A man has appeared before a court in Sydney today with a serious sexual assault and robbery, west of the city put into account.

**** ** ****, 23, in court on 11 counts for crimes that took place from April to July.

Women 16 to 19 years, were attacked while walking or waiting at bus stops.

After one of the victims had recently discovered the man in Blacktown, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) images of him was unveiled yesterday.

Superintendent John Kerlatec said the man surrendered after the pictures on television yesterday evening police.

"These issues are complex and have a certain time in the treatment of unknown criminals," he said.

"Seeking help from the community, what we have done, and CCTV recordings represents a significant advance our progress in achieving the results that we have.">>
